Construction management of sales force

Part of a good sales strategy is to ensure that your team is functioning and at all levels. The atmosphere in your sales management meetings? Employees eager to participate in the internal sales training courses? Or have become wary of? If so, it is important to take action before your organization's employee dissatisfaction with the dark clouds settled.

Team-building exercises # 1: one day return to the land

If your sales management team members no longer see eye to eye, they may be digging the heel, and become entrenched in their respective positions. As you probably learned in your own sales training, and sometimes a change of scene is all the need to change the point of view.

Arrangements for your team spent a day working in the fields, at a local farm. They plant garlic or pick strawberries from their normal work of the planning and implementation of marketing strategies, any need.
